VANESSA & BRIAN

In the wedding photography we also photograph of an elopement in the Guell Park. In this case is the elopement at Park Güell in Vanessa and Brian who arrived from the United States to carry out this fantastic photo reportage in Barcelona. We want to thank Mary i in Spain for giving us the opportunity to be the photographers of this small wedding in the city of Barcelona, next to this couple so nice and pleasant.

This couple so much fun chose the location of the Guell Park as a center for the photographs of your elopement.

In the first place we move up to the upper area of Barcelona where Brian the groom was waiting impatiently. I was a little nervous because I had chosen this place to perform some photographs of First Look next to Vanessa.

We decided to make this First Look below the Plaza del Parque Güell. It is a very beautiful place full of small columns and vaults the roof. There Brian waited for a few minutes until he came Vanesa and made that first glance or First Look that has become fashionable lately, especially among the Anglo-saxon couples.

After being exciting First look we continue shooting in the Guell Park. We took a short walk and climb to the top plaza where the couple enjoying the magnificent view of Barcelona, next to the tiles typical of the Guell Park. Once we finished with this first small part of the elopement we got ready to leave toward the second location where there would be a symbolic ceremony of this intimate elopement of Vanessa and Brian.

Thus, we walk up to the exit of the Park Güell and there caught the private car that our friend and Wedding Planer Carole Bipat of Marry me in Spain had prepared to continue the elopement.

Before moving on to the next location and continue with the wedding photography of this elopement so special in Barcelona, we wanted to talk a little bit of the Güell Park.

The Guell Park (Parc Güell in catalan and Park Güell in its original name) is a park designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí that is the maximum exponent of Catalan modernism and is part of the Heritage of Humanity.

It is a public park full of gardens and architectural elements which is located at the top of the city of Barcelona, is in the mount Carmel.

He commissioned the catalan entrepreneur Eusebi Güell and was built between 1900 and 1914 and was officially opened finally as public park in 1926. It belongs to the naturalist of Gaudí stage where the architect was inspired by the organic shapes of nature. At this stage, Gaudí perfected his personal style and put into practice new structural solutions that it created thanks to analyze in depth the geometry. With all this and along its great creative freedom and imagination i think shapes and volumes where the rigidity is absent. The first idea of Güell and Gaudí was to perform a stunning natural framework in which would be built a series of homes of high standing who would be equipped with all the technological advances of the time for maximum comfort and great artistic finishes. In this park we find spaces with strong symbolism, both political and religious. It seems that this couple of Catalans were inspired by the temple of Apollo at Delphi for the conception of the Guell Park.

The Park Güell is catalogd as a monument that declared in the register of cultural assets of national interest of the Catalan heritage and in the register of assets of cultural interest of Spanish heritage.

How to wedding photographers in Barcelona and audiovisual artists we love working in different spaces so special as the Park Güell.

Your entry represents the entrance to paradise, to a place where utopian calm and well-being.

At the entrance to the park we find two buildings clearly from the Gaudí style that are called the entrance pavilions, one is destined to be the flag of goal and the other is the flag of administration. These pavilions combine rustic stone with the ceramics in Trencadís, and in the dome of the flag of portería betas of the mushroom are formed by cups of coffee placed upside down. It is remarkable its completely organic and based on warped surfaces in which we did not find any angle.

Right away we find ourselves at the entrance with part of a stairway that leads to the Hypostyle Hall which was thought in your home to accommodate a market in the future urbanization. This ladder has 45 steps and a length of 20 m. The walls of the staircase are ceramic and its central area we find three sources with different sculptures that represent the Catalan Countries. This is a fantastic place to make an elopement.

The most well-known sculpture is the source of the Trencadis coated a dragon of colors. We find different view versions about its meaning, that can represent the alchemical salamander which symbolizes the fire element, the mythological piton on the temple at Delphi, or the crocodile that appears on the coat of arms of the city of Nimes which is the place where he was raised Wilde. The figure of the dragon has become an emblem of the garden and in one of the emblems of the city of Barcelona.

Once we climbed the staircase we find the Hypostyle Hall, also called the Hall of the 100 columns, although in reality they are 86. Is a 1500 m² that serves as support to the top plaza and that was intended to be the market of the residential neighborhood that Gaudí to create. The outer columns curiously are inclined to achieve a better structural balance and the roof is built with spherical dome have convex. At first these the must consist of 90 columns, but Gaudí eliminated four of them and in the space that was placed four large circular ceiling-mounted on the roof in the shape of rosettes. Each one of them measured 3 m in diameter and represent the four seasons of the year.

If we continue upwards we find with the square of the nature that is the central point of the park. This square had to be a Greek theater perfect for community meetings and hold events both cultural and religious. Around this square we find an undulating bank continuum that is formed by a succession of facts two modules with a design adapted to the human body and completely covered the typical Gaudí trencadís.

Within the park is built a series of viaducts to transit the made a wide enough so they could spend the horse carriages. We can also find a few small stone pathways that communicate with these well viaducts as if they were shortcuts. We find the viaduct of the museum, the viaduct of the Carob tree, and the viaduct of the planters. There is also the main road called del Rosario because he had a row of stone balls thing that reminded her of a rosary.

In the upper part of the park we also find Calvary, which is where you should place a chapel which finally was not built. In its place was built a monument in the form of Calvary with three crosses inspired by the prehistoric caves. From above you can see a magnificent panoramic views of Barcelona. We find two crosses rates and a higher one of which finishes in the form of arrow. The orientation. Of these crosses indicates the four cardinal points and ending in tip of arrow points to the sky.

Also within the park we find the house museum of the Audi, which was where the architect lived in his last 19 years of life. Once he died was placed on sale and the amount was destined for. The works of the sagrada familia as audio left in his will.

After all this information about the elopement and the Guell Park we are going to continue with the wedding of Vanessa and Brian.

We headed toward the ceremony that we had prepared Karol in a new location, this time we talk about the library Almirall also located in Barcelona close to the Tibidabo mountain.

Once we arrived to the library Admiral the bride and groom came in and told the pool where he was the master of ceremonies along with a small altar prepared for the occasion. There conducted a symbolic ceremony of this intimate elopement, where we as photographers of wedding in Barcelona we were capturing all the moments and all the details that were produced. During the ceremony this elopement had different intimate moments and very tender between the couple thanks to the climate, the master of ceremonies created in this space so special. Enjoyed a ceremony in the garden of the Library Almirall watching a panoramic view of Barcelona.

Taking advantage of the great location we took some pictures of the elopement of this couple on the inside of the Library Almirall.

For this elopement of Vanesa and Brian, the bride and groom decided to end your sitting in the Born district, in the old part of the center of Barcelona, where they took an ice cream and spent a pleasant time playing through the narrow streets of this neighborhood.

Finally we would like to thank this couple for having chosen as their wedding photographers for the day of your elopement.
